‘The Foundations of Professionalism in Teaching’
 

meets all the ITT Professional Studies needs on

undergraduate and postgraduate teacher-
training courses at SCITTs and universities and the needs of NQTs & RQTs engaging with
Early Career Framework CPD.


It covers:
-  All legal responsibilities and authorities;
- Adopting professional behaviours, and
-  How to provide evidence for:
o Part 2 of the Teachers’ Standards;
o the new ITT Core Content Framework (CCF) and
o the new Ofsted Framework

Each module includes:
o An interactive video lasting over 90 minutes;
o Additional course reading and materials;
o Self-Assessment Activities and
o A Completion Certificate for students to add to their Evidence Folders

    training courses at SCITTs, universities, School Direct or Teach First and

  • New & Recently Qualified Teachers (NQTs & RQTs) engaging with the new Early Career Framework CPD.

 

It covers:

  • The definitions of professionalism and adopting professional behaviours;

  • How to provide evidence for Part 2 of the Teachers’ Standards and

  • How to promote fundamental British values.
