Our team
alan newland

worked as a teacher, teacher-trainer and headteacher in London for over 20 years and then for over a decade with the UK's Department for Education and the General Teaching Council for England. He now writes and lectures extensively on ethics and professionalism in teaching and runs the award-winning social media network newteacherstalk. He is the author of a number of books on teaching. His latest: 'Becoming a teacher - the legal, ethical and moral implications of entering society's most fundamental profession' is published by Crown House Publishing.

is an experienced and highly skilled director, and award winning cinematographer and editor. He has over 10 years experience and extensive knowledge of the video and film production world. Edan has worked with large production companies as well as private clients. His production company - Clean Slate Productions - has worked with clients such as M&C Saatchi, aj+, Fashion TV, Great Big Story, Calvin Klein, GOSH Children's Hospital, Newham Council and a number of SCITT teacher-training centers, schools and more.
